Restrictions on Use of MilleaLab
You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to your use of the service and content (defined below), including but not limited to the protection of copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You are responsible for your conduct with respect to data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, or display on or through the MilleaLab platform.
MilleaLab makes it easy for users to download the 3D assets that have been provided. MilleaLab users agree that the copyright of the downloaded assets is the permanent property of MilleaLab.
This Is Not Allowed

To upload, post or transmit any material that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, illegal, threatening, abusive, harmful, violates rights of privacy or publicity, is defamatory, defamatory, vulgar, illegal or otherwise objectionable.

To upload, post or transmit any material that violates any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property or moral rights or rights of any third party including, but not limited to facilitating the illegal distribution of copyrighted content or illegal content.

To harm a minor in any way, including, but not limited to, uploading, posting or transmitting content that violates child pornography laws, laws or regulations on the sexual exploitation of students that prohibit depictions of minors engaging in sexual behaviour, or sharing personally identifiable information about children under the age of 13.

Forge or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of content sent through our services.

Upload, post or transmit any material that is likely to cause damage to the MilleaLab system or anyone, including injecting viruses, code, worms, data or other files or programs designed to damage or permit unauthorized access to the service which may cause defects, errors, or malfunctions with the service.
Licence
Our terms and policies (including our acceptable use policy) grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and relocatable license to use our products.
Copyright
MilleaLab is the owner of all copyright and data rights in the service and its Content. Individuals who have created their work using MilleaLab Creator will become the copyright owner of the component parts of the work, or post the work under license from the copyright owner or agent or otherwise as permitted by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or perform public works, or prepare derivative works based on any content including any work without the express written consent of MilleaLab or the appropriate copyright owner in such work. MilleaLab does not claim ownership rights in your work or other materials posted by you to MilleaLab Creator (your content). You agree not to distribute any part of the service other than your content in any media other than as permitted in these Terms of service or by using the functions on the services we provide. You agree not to change or modify any part of the service unless authorized to do so by us or by using the functions in the service we provide.
Copyright In Content
MilleaLab does not claim ownership rights in your content. You grant MilleaLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, reformat, store, prepare derivative works based on, and publicly display and display your content. Please note that when you upload content, third parties will be able to copy, distribute and display your content using tools available on their computers for this purpose, even if other than linking to your content on MilleaLab are used by third parties.
Third Party Links on the MilleaLab Platform
MilleaLab contains links and access to websites and other content provided by third parties. We have no control over the content of these websites or resources. We are not responsible for any part of the content provided by third parties. Access or use of third party content is a form of your agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy set by the Third Party.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This website, these terms and conditions, and any contracts entered into as a result of using this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Other Terms
You may not transfer this agreement or any rights or obligations herein to any third party. MilleaLab may freely assign this Agreement, including for the development of its business operations. You agree that the electronic text of this agreement is written, and your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement constitutes a "signature" for all purposes. You agree to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that we may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the service. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you, or that you provide to us, electronically comply with all legal requirements that require such communications to be in writing.
